One thing to keep in mind is that we should avoid explicitly naming
OpenStreetMap in the license.
There is (always) a possibility that we lose the name - e.g. if it turns
out that someone has registered it as a trade mark long ago, or is doing
business under that name, whatever. If we should lose lose the rights to
the domain name and/or the right to operate under the name OpenStreetMap
in some countries, this might prompt us to change our name at some point
in the future.
And we don't want to have to contact all individuals at that time,
asking whether they'll also be happy to be attributed as "OpenPlanetMap"
or whatever name we then choose.
Bye
Frederik
