Legal review of Use Case doco with original Use Case text is now available at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Data_License/Use_Cases or go straight to
http://foundation.openstreetmap.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/2008-02-28_legalreviewofosmlicenseusecases2.pdf
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Data_License/Timeline can be deleted and the link redirected to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Data_License/Implementation_Plan, I see nothing that is not dated or duplicated. Sorry, I am not sure how to do this.
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Data_License/Open_Issues versus Implementation_Issues. Some of are very general questions more related to the license itself than our implementation. I've added some comments that may help generate specific action items.
