Sure but I wouldn't call that a campaign.

Meh, it was a PR stunt on a low hanging fruit by an individual or two. It wasn't a lobbying organisation, didn't have a membership etc etc etc.

Personally I think it deserves all the credit :-) for making happen by doing something and proving it can be done, rather than ranting on the sidelines.
