[OSM-legal-talk] Interpretation of a Mexian license

I am a Spanish speaking Lawyer and after reading the whole license, and
although I know almost nothing about Mexican Law in particular, I concur
with your interpretation, specially taking in account that the whole second
clause refers to the "information" provided, therefore, in my view, the
comercial use of the data is prohibited, and this prohibition is not
restricted to just the access.
