[OSM-legal-talk] Current status of CC-BY 4.0?

Hi all,

The wiki page on ODbL combatibility[1] says, for CC-BY 4.0: "status of
CC-BY 4.0 is still under consideration by the LWG". Is there any update
on this consideration?

There's the obvious attribution requirment with all CC-BY licences,
leaving that aside, my reading of the legal-talk@ list[2] implies that
there is problems with 4.0 the database rights, right? Is that the only
problem with it?
