[OSM-legal-talk] Warning about not mapping military areas

Wiki page is smart enough to only mention where information may be found
( "For meeting times also see foundation wiki page <http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licensing_Working_Group> (search for "The group now meets")" 
with link).

This way info is not getting outdated so fast :)
