First point: Yes, beware that there is the specific requirement to make
your users aware of the OSM data use, not just mention it in some fine
print in some document.

Second and third point:  What you need to make available is the
derivative database, meaning the combination of OSM data with whatever
you enhance it with, under a compatible license.  Alternatively you can
(at your own choice) make available the original data sets and the
algorithm you use to combine them.
