[OSM-legal-talk] Images ineligible to copyright as a simple shapes (OSM Wiki)

JackRabbit (Herman Smith-Johannsen) of norvegian origin did brought cross-country sky in Canada and North-America and at the time country flags like the norvegia flag were often used to identify the various trails. That was clearly referencing to a country flag. But not sure we can say that for white and red bands ;)
