I am sure board (or LWG) is in constant talk with them about the issues,
not? Clearly their attribution is in contrast to the statements on
osm.org/copyright.

WRT impresaitalia.info, if they do not respond to enquiries by "ordinary
mappers", I guess they should receive a formal letter from OSMF?
