[OSM-legal-talk] What is the license of tiles at home screenshots?

It really depends on if it is data that is from a mapper that agreed to
the Contributor Terms or not (the CTs do work retroactively).
Pre-contributor terms the situation is rather unclear as there are
multiple way of reading the single sentence contributors had to agree to
before the introduction of the CTs.
