Could we do something similar when we switched to ODbL by asking the users
to agree to CC by SA 2.0? Obviously there will be a large number that never
respond. But hopefully we can get the active contributors to agree.

I would also be good to explicitly include diary entries as part of the
Contributor Terms going forward. Is something similar needed for notes?
