generally (almost) any drawing is protected by copyright, technical schemes and building plans (regardless of scope, it doesn’t matter if they are suitable for constructing a similar building) definitely are. It is very uncommon to have a permissive license on such material (I never have seen it).

So taking a photo is maybe allowed (private copy), republishing it very likely not. Copying the contents? In theory not (if you go by the sui generis EU only law, which protects even facts), in practice I would believe it is ok because you are helping their marketing and they will be happy to have you do it.
