While I'm also defiantly not a lawyer. I agree with the following:

We're just advertising for these places, I imaging they'd actually be
more annoyed when we are wrong than if we copy details from there
website.

And what's the worst the could happen? They ask OSM to remove there
location?
I just don't believe there would ever be a bad consequence.

The above only applies to "small scale" first party data, if they are
selling the data, stay way away, if it is an aggregator selling the
data (or ads next to the data) stay away. Messing with someones profit
will have consequences.
