[Local-chapters] Statement of purpose for local chapters

Hi there,

We have been working on a OSM Kosovo in auspices of our NGO Flossk.org

Flossk.org purpose is to promote free software and also free knowlege
society in the balkans.

OSM falls under that category.

My question is, can we form a OSM KS as a SIG of flossk.org or do we
need a separate NGO?

Here is our workgroup, but we have more members and are recruiting and
training new ones all the time.
