Please consider to switch from voice conference to IRC. Voice 
requirements are:

  * good bandwidth
  * special software (mostly proprietary)
  * fluent english

I'm stucked at least by 2.5 out of 3 points above :-)

IMHO switching to text chat will increase the possibility to get 
more partecipants all over the world.
