[Local-chapters] OSM Local Chapters meeting - Tuesday March 15th

Hello all,

Like mentioned before, this Tuesday March 15th there will be an online
meeting at 4pm GMT (another one is scheduled for Thursday March 24th at 8am
GMT).

This first meeting I would like to talk about your (chapters) expectations.
That means questions like:
- What are your goals as a chapter?
- What kind of activities are you (planning on) doing?
- What do you expect from the Foundation?

Just in case you think we going to start all over and forget about previous
discussions: the answer is no. Since there are now several local OSM
organizations, I want to start from there. The result can frame our next
steps as working group.

Hope to talk to you all on IRC this Tuesday.
