[Mailman] direct link in mail

Hey mailpeople,

is it possible to put a direct link in the mailinglist signature?
Currently there is a link to (for example)
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/tagging.

What Iam looking for is a direct link to (for example)
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tagging/2016-August/029917.html
in the signature.

Is there a simple option to add this or does mailman not provide it?
