Hi,

My name is Dragan Milisavljevic and I am the Director of Global Biz Services Ltd. (reg. in Gibraltar).

I would like to find out a little bit more about Open Street Map and usage of Leaflet.JS.

I would like to use an open Street API for our "Online Advertising Platform" for the Dubai (United Arab Emirates) region.
Businesses from Dubai can "pinpoint" their business location and Real Estate Agents can "pinpoint" their properties that are for sale or for rent.

*** We want to display the map in "English" language instead of "Arabic".

a) How can we implement the above as we are targeting global users?
     (Please provide the STEPS to make it an efficient user experience)

b) Are there any "costs" to using the "API"? It says that it is for "FREE"
     (Please explain in detail)

c) Is there a "limit" how many times the users will use the "Map"?
     Yes, it's an advertising platform and honestly, we don't know exactly how many users we will get on our platform.
     But, we certainly "DO NOT" want the map to "lag or disappear".
     (Please explain in detail)

d) Can we use the Street API only for the "Dubai, United Arab Emirates" region,
     and display the map in "English" language instead of "Arabic".
