After various 'too many bounces' emails (which i replied to in order to 
stay subscribed, I've now:
"You have been unsubscribed from the OSM Tagging mailing list"

I'm unable to resubscribe.

I emailed tagging-owner at openstreetmap.org but didn't receive a reply.

Why am I being told I bounce for this forum only & not the other 
OpenStreetMap ones I subscribe to?
