[Mailman] Creating a Pacific mailing list

Hi Michael,
Thank you so much for setting that up for us. We really want the new list
to be specifically inviting to the OSM community in the Pacific Islands,
and we think the best way is to name it 'talk-pacific'. Is it possible to
change the name of the new list? Or would it be better to just set up
another new list?
