[Mailman] Creating a Pacific mailing list

Hi Violane,

All well here and I hope the same for you in these difficult days.

talk-oceania was created on the 9th July and David should have received 
an automated email with administration password details. I also sent a 
welcome email that I will re-forward to you both. I am using my work 
email, just in case my original email went to spam.

Let me know if David did not receive the email. I will not be able to 
help you directly, (I can only create not administer lists), but I will 
get you help.
