[Mapcss] Kothic renderer

Hi,

Wanted to tell a bit about Kothic mapcss renderer and parser.

Lots of bugs guaranteed ;)

So, features for now:
 - rendering from mapnik's postGIS database;
 - making an osm2pgsql stylesheet from mapcss style file;
 - pseudo-3D (extruded) polygons (need to add that to 0.2 page);
 - twms (http://twms.googlecode.com) fetcher for generating tiles on-the-fly;
 - a simple GUI using GTK to browse the map;
 - generate_image script to render image of a certain bbox.
