[Merkaartor] 0.11 Windows: crash when opening saved scene

Yes it is, I do this all the time. Just do 
qmake -t vcapp NOWEBKIT=1 Merkaartor.pro
This will generate a Merkaartor.vcproj that you can open with Visual
Studio. However, I am using a Qt commercial license for that. I do not
know if it is also possible with the Qt open source edition (and if you
can use the .lib's of that version with visual studio?)
