[Merkaartor] geotagged images

Hello,

I've made it an optional extension (controlled through GEOIMAGE) and 
have broken the 1-line if's up into two lines.

@Chris: I can't reproduce your segfault. Your image works like my own 
images (unfortunately I haven't got images taken on a track, I just 
tried it with manually edited exiv tags, like you)
