[Merkaartor] [OpenStreetMap] #1120: Sometimes missing a way

Mmm, that's a tricky one ;-)  I hardly see any reason for that to happen.
Next time you have the problem, you could try lowering the zoom before
downloading (assuming you download by viewport).

A MDC would be great, definitely.
