[Merkaartor] Release?

Hi Bart,
Glad to see you back.
The timeline seems perfect.
I also propose to create a Merkaartor-0.11 branch in svn.
Rationale:
1) to not freeze the trunk for 2 weeks
2) to have a 'reference' 0.11
3) to be able to do bug-fixing on 0.11 and be able to do point releases
(0.11.1, 0.11.2,...) as needed, while still having a stable base rather than
SVN.
If you agree, I'll branch on friday and ask the translators to do their
stuff there.
I'll also ask the SVN users to use this on their daily mapping to be able to
catch major bugs to be fixed before the release.

P.S. regarding the WIX, I didn't notice (or already forgot) it was already
in svn;-)
