[Merkaartor] Building Merkaartor - Problem with qmake

We are not great regarding doc, and I 'm one of the first culprit, adding
bunch of features without documenting them.

I think Bart is trying to get the documentation from his own site to
openstreetmap.org, via svn managed website or wiki.
As it will be possible to contribute to the doc, then, we can hope for an
improvement.
