[Merkaartor] Default for "Automatically extract tracks on open"

I would like to propose changing the default for "Automatically extract
on open" to OFF.

While this feature can certainly be helpful in many cases I think that
it will lead to a lot of crappy tracks uploaded by newbies who are not
yet familiar with a) their gps-devices track-quality and b) the fact
that auto-extracted tracks have to be checked manually before uploading.
