[Merkaartor] Upload error "Precondition failed"

Hi everyone!

I think I have found a terrible bug in V0.11 (Win-bin)

When I redraw a gpx-track, the cursor snaps to the trackpoints, which
would very comfortable. But if that happens, the way will not upload
because of 'precondition failed'. However all other points will
upload, left unconnected.

I have checked the CommandHistory in saved files and I guess I found
the reason for that behavior: All trackpoints that were clicked while
drawing the way are referenced in the nodelist (with their GUID), but
they are NOT created as nodes.
Of course these points only exist at my computer, no wonder that the
OSM server can't create the way from from nonexistent nodes.

Also when I accidentally move a trackpoint, this move will be
uploaded, giving a 'node not found' error.
BTW I don't really see any sense in editing track layers, in fact it
is really annoying because it makes it hard to hit a node in the
drawing layer.
