[Merkaartor] Add own file formats?

If you have problems importing your NMEA, just send me an example and I'll
see what's wrong with it (or Merkaartor). NMEA is standard, as it's what all
GPSes output internally. GPX is also standard for exchange.
It's the first time I hear of a CSV format for GPS output, however...
