I've just wrote a description of what logger I use [0] (the logger is 
OK, but the software is crap). So I don't think anything is wrong with 
your import... anyway, I'll retry that and send you an example file, if 
it fails to import in Merkaartor.

The software offers exporters for NMEA, CSV and KML, nothing more.
