[Merkaartor] Splitting roads in V0.12-beta4

Hello,

i have 	all too often a promlem by spilting roads, when i make a simple road with 3 notes Merkaartor
split the road properly, but when i split a road in the map Merkaartor grey out the option.
Here is my road that i can't split:

Why Merkaartor do not split the raod?
