What I think that wiki has luck of some tagging manuals created by 
experienced "taggers" :) 
Please... pro man.. share your knowledge :)  Topics to write about imo:

    - taging of Areas including
       * parks which lays between road segments
       * river what goes trought park
       * adjusting coastlines (like river ends with open node)
    -  there is litle bit info about bridges .. but I think more is 
needed. Levels?
    - tagging roads. do we have to make 300 km. road as one way?
    - how to make ways from nodes when in between way tags are changing 
(like some part of street goes one way), also way node ordering
