[OSM-newbies] WAAS EGNOS MSAS SBAS (was New Garmin questions)

OK, I think I have it now. SBAS is differential GPS through a satellite
while
the term differential GPS by itself usually refers to ground signals so
SBAS is differential GPS but it's not differential GPS transmitted
from ground stations. MSAS should work in Korea.
