[OSM-newbies] WAAS EGNOS MSAS SBAS (was New Garmin questions)

The wikipedia article says that MSAS is a SBAS like WAAS or EGNOS, but then
it says
it's differential GPS. Is SBAS similar enough that I should leave WAAS
enabled?
I suppose I can just try it with the option on and off and see what happens.
I'm in South Korea right now.
