[OSM-newbies] roads

Typically, if the road doesn't have some sort of physical divider between
the two traffic directions, the road is represented by a single way.  If
there is a divder, then make two ways traveling in different directions
(don't forget to add the tag oneway=yes).  An intersection with a road made
of two ways generally looks like this:

     |
-----+----<-
     |
-----+---->-
     |

Of course, then the "intersection" is not a point but a way between two
points.
