[OSM-newbies] Korea

There is nothing for Korea except a squiggle in Seoul that is obviously
someone's playing. I tried to use the web interface to remove it but I seem
to have just made it worse.

I tried using JOSM but it wants me to download the mapping data
and any section I choose is too big. How can it be too big when there is
hardly any data?

The map is so blurry that I have no idea what I'm selecting for download and
the website interface does not give me the coordinates to plug into JOSM.
