[OSM-newbies] strange street layout

I an area I recently mapped there are some rather odd layout of residential
streets. Several where the two directions
are next too each other (a meter apart) but with a 3-4 meter high
difference. There is one where the street with the same
name comes in from two different directions at different heights and then
runs parallel like that for a while and finally
merged - link below

I initially mapped it with topological correctness in mind - but this
produces street name that overlayed on each other
and hard to read

Any advice on how make this topologically correct and render nicely ?
