Almost certainly the GPS will be more accurate (unless you were between
large buildings, or had only just switched on the gps). The harder question
is how to best correct the railway. If you have a good idea where the
railway really is (perhaps it ran parallel to the road about 20m away say)
then you can "eye" it in. Otherwise you could either had a note tag saying
the railway is wrong, or delete the railway if it is very badly wrong, but
I'd avoid that if you can.
