[OSM-newbies] Upside-down street names

Two things...

1. left to right is west to east not east to west.
2. I see no reason for this statement "it is best to draw...". Care to
supply some logic? As long as the segments in a way are ordered and
the way is generally in the same direction as the line from start to
finish, osmarender should get the name direction right.
