For me, it's the other way around - since the road segments represent
the road centerline, but the park area represents the boundary, I
don't think it's accurate to make them both the same (I doubt the park
really extends to the centre of the road, it's likely to extend to a
point 2-3m from the centre of the road). It's not a biggie though - do
whichever you're comfortable with and find easiest.
