[OSM-newbies] Plugin installation for JOSM

You need to download the mappaint.jar and put it into your Application Data
directory.

Open My Computer, click Tools and Folder Option. On the View tab, click
"Show Hidden Files and Folders".

Next, go to your Local Disk (for example C:), go to Documents and Settings,
go to your Windows username folder, and you will see the folder Application
Data.

In it there will be a folder named JOSM. Double click that and double click
on the plugin folder. Copy and paste the Mappaint.jar into that folder.

After that you need to activate the mappaint plugin in JOSM configuration.
