[OSM-newbies] Plugin installation for JOSM

Hi,

I cannot figure out how to install, say, mappaint as a plugin to JOSM. I am
running Windows XP, and start JOSM by clicking on the JAR. I know that
inside this JAR, there is a plugin directory. How do I add the
mappaint.jarin the right location in the JOSM jar? Also, where do I
set %APPDATA%/JOSM?
