[OSM-newbies] JOSM colors & mappaint

I had the same problem, but resolved it by manually deleting mappaint
from plugins directory [1] - jar and mappaint subdirecotry. Then
restart JOSM (it will complain about missing plugin) and get a fresh
copy of the plugin via preferences dialog.

Win: c:\Documents and settings\username\Application Data\JOSM\Plugins
unix: ~/.JOSM/Plugins
