[OSM-newbies] JOSM

[Francis Augusto Medeiros - Listas]

Folks,

when I download the latest JOSM, I don't get those tools I formely  
used to add node and connect, merge ways, etc... Only that JOSM  
downloaded from the API 5 page works, but there I can't download  
anything. Should I wait before working with JOSM again?
