[OSM-newbies] josm download gives error(maybe a proxyserver wich causes trouble?)

hi,
this might be a step closer to the solving of the problem. Unfurtunatly it
still does not work. I think i have to set the user and password also needed
for the proxyserver? Does anyone know how to do that?
