[OSM-newbies] View in Potlatch and on level 12 of www.informationfreeway.org out of sync. Potlatch view and edit also out of sync

Dear all,

see the tile at Lat 31.2349 Lon 121.5300. The road at exactly those
coordinates (secondary highway going roughly from E->W) is incomplete in the
Potlatch view and in www.informationfreeway.org at level 12, but is complete
in Potlatch edit. Why?
