[OSM-newbies] Potlatch tags act across all ways with same tag?!

In Potlatch, you use | (bar) rather than : . It will still be stored  
as : in the database. This is due to a rather weird quirk of Flash  
that will be fixed when I get round to completely rewriting  
Potlatch's tag editing.
