[OSM-newbies] no protocol: /0.4/ error

Hi,

I have been using JOSM for a long time now.

I rebooted my system after an upgrade (ubuntu Feisty).
Downloaded the latest JOSM (320)

and now I get this "no protocol" error when I try to download data.

My terminal says :

java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: /0.4/map?bbox=121.98277933745814,6.890817116318712,122.34357669434391,7.2308744949887105


How do I fix this ?
