[OSM-newbies] no protocol: /0.4/ error (Part 2)

Hi,

Please ignore my previous message, as the problem has now gone away.

Noticed that in the preferences options "Base Server URL" now contains "http://www.openstreetmap.org/api" where before it was empty.

Had to change down to version 315 as the versions above had problems with the preferences file if and plugins were selected.
